IItems may be returned for a full refund (to the original purchaser and original payment method) if refund is requested in writing within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in original, resellable condition. Exchanges may be considered on an individual basis.Requests must be made by email to wasatchdragon@gmail.com and must state the reason for the request. Requests for returns will be answered within 5 business days. Processing may take up to 2 weeks.Items must be securely packaged and shipped with standard ground shipping via UPS. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Premade items will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of order receipt. Special requests/special orders will require more time. All items will be shipped ground UPS unless otherwise necessary.
