If you purchase digital downloads from us, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the digital files are downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. Refund Policy
At Wasatch Dragon, we take pride in the quality of our resin items. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for refunds.
